No Obligation

Submission of this form does not create a binding agreement between your organization and AYSION. This RFQ is for evaluation purposes only, and AYSION reserves the right to review, negotiate, or decline any submission at its sole discretion.

Eligibility Assessment

Information submitted will be used exclusively to evaluate potential subcontracting or business opportunities. Completion of this form does not guarantee selection, engagement, or contract award.

Confidentiality

Project and Quote Terms

AYSION may not be able to provide a quote for every request. Any quote issued will be subject to AYSION’s standard contractual terms, which may vary based on project scope and requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYSION, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the information submitted in this RFQ.
